We believe young people have the right to influence the mental health support they receive, which is why we meaningfully involve children, young people and families in our work, so that service support can reflect their lived experience. We aim to make young people's voice central, so they can influence and shape support for their mental health.
We work with organisations such as schools and providers of mental health support to collect quality data from young people, using outcome measures.
At CORC, and throughout Anna Freud, we follow the Lundy model of participation - a framework to help ensure young people are given the opportunity to express their voice in a safe and accessible space, that they are heard, so their views influence the services and support they receive.
