About this training
Within the different types of supervision settings there is opportunity to reflect on practice, explore the demands of the role, identify support and development requirements for the professional, as well ensuring children, young people and their families receive quality care and holistic input from the professional and the service.
This webinar helps you to work with measures within supervision, using data that’s been collected to provide a common language, monitor and evaluate focus, inform you how to provide governance and quality improvement for the service, risk management and increase development and accountability where required.

This training webinar focuses on using measures meaningfully in your supervision context which are beneficial for the supervisee, the supervisor and the service. It will provide practical strategies for generating conversations, and review of the data gathered from outcome measures within your practice and service. Informing supervision that may be required.

Rachael Grant
Regional Improvement Officer
Rachael supports services and organisations to strengthen their use of outcome measurement, evaluation, and data in practice. Recent projects have included presenting at the WHO Autumn School on Quality of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Care, developing an outcomes framework with services in the Republic of Ireland, and helping VCS organisations develop theories of change and select appropriate measurement tools. Alongside this, she works regularly with member services to develop their approach to outcome measurement and contributes to wider evaluation and research across Anna Freud. Rachael enjoys facilitating CORC training that encourage participants to share their experience and learn from one another. Rachael previously taught in secondary schools, shaping her commitment to improving access to mental health and wellbeing support.
