Kids Inspire
Kids Inspire is a children’s mental health charity providing free, specialist trauma support to children and families who cannot afford therapy.
Working across Essex and parts of Suffolk, they support young people experiencing anxiety, trauma, abuse, and low self-esteem through personalised, trauma responsive interventions.
Their work includes individual and group therapy, family support, and creative approaches to engagement, alongside outreach, training, and mentoring for the wider community. As a CORC member, they are committed to improving outcomes through learning, reflection, and collaboration.
