CORC helps services and organisations from across statutory and voluntary, community and charity sectors, that support the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in a variety of ways:
-
To measure and demonstrate impact
-
To analyse and report on outcomes data so that it is relevant and useful to different stakeholders or audiences
-
To use outcomes data with service users, in teams and at service level to improve the quality and effectiveness of support
-
To develop staff competence and confidence with outcome measures and data
-
To developing best practice implementation of outcome measures and data
CORC members believe that using evidence in a meaningful way will enable us to make child and youth mental health support more effective, responsive, and focussed on the outcomes that are important to children and young people. In joining CORC you become part of a learning collaboration whose members are committed to helping to achieve this goal by pooling their data, sharing their learning and insight, and reflecting together to benefit those in need of support.
Our members come from a wide range of contexts, including voluntary and public sector mental health service providers, schools and councils, professional bodies and research institutions from across Europe and beyond. This makes our network a rich, informed and stimulating hub for debating the latest developments and findings in the field. Bringing together different perspectives and sectors offers us great opportunities to strengthen approaches and learn from one another.
We have a number of different types of membership to suit organisations’ varying sizes and levels of activity in this area. Membership provides opportunities to engage in events and training, receive advice and support tailored to your needs, and to share your outcome data to contribute to, and benefit from, CORC analyses, benchmarking and research. Our team are specialists in outcome research and in using feedback and evidence to improve provision.
Of course, if membership is not quite right, or now is not the right time to join, you can work with us on a particular project through our consultancy offer.
