Supporting NHS children and young people mental health services
CORC has been working with NHS services providing mental health and wellbeing services for children and young people for over twenty years. We understand that improvement can be challenging to implement, given the diverse teams, models, existing processes and pathways in place.
Since 2002, we have facilitated NHS services to:
-
Get the most from their data.
-
Understand and use data for service improvement, through:
-
-
CORC Best Practice Framework
-
-
-
staff practice survey
-
-
-
engaging young people
-
-
-
sharing learning and research findings.
-
-
Support staff with queries about outcome and feedback measures.
-
Deliver staff training to choose and use outcome and feedback measures meaningfully.
-
Gain access to useful, relevant resources.
To illustrate some examples of how we have supported NHS services, you can view a brief case study here featuring our work with the following services:
You can also find further NHS examples within our Case Studies on our website here.
Many of the NHS services we work with choose to become a member for best use of budget, but you can also just work with us for a one off project if that seems more suitable. Depending upon what budget is available, how niche your service might be, or where you are at with implementing outcome measures or model of change within your service, CORC provide different ways of supporting you.
Further information about this is on our website, and you can arrange a free call to discuss this with one of our regional officers.
