This free session will provide an introduction to Wellbeing Measurement for Schools with a focus on the modular pupil surveys.

Introduction to Wellbeing Measurement for Schools

Wellbeing Measurement for Schools (WMfS) is a comprehensive approach that allows schools to understand areas of strength and challenge for their pupils and staff.

The modular pupil surveys can be used by schools in a range of ways with different groups of pupils. We will explore how schools can use it to develop their own survey to understand the strengths and needs of cohorts of pupils, and provide guidance about using questionnaires to identify individual needs and evaluate the impact of interventions and support.

In this short briefing session, schools can find out more about how to use these resources:

  • selecting questionnaires for your setting

  • creating your own surveys

  • interpreting results.

Suitable for teachers, pastoral staff and governors with responsibility for supporting pupil mental wellbeing in school, attendees can expect to enjoy a practical and informative introduction to the free WMfS modular pupil survey - why you should survey pupils, how the modular resource works, and what the benefits are.
