We recognise the value of providing the right environment to learn and listen to our CORC members, partners and other stakeholders. Our annual conferences and seminars are the ideal events to expand one’s knowledge on outcome measurement and to meet new contacts in the mental health and education sector. Some of these activities are highly focused on current research findings and in some cases these seminars are lead and/or co-produced by CORC members or young people.
Each year we hold the CORC Members Forum, usually in London. The theme varies, depending on what the present issues facing the mental health sector are. It is always in high demand and tickets sell out very quickly. This particular event is open to all members, network subscribers and partners. This offers participants the opportunity to engage with fellow members and esteemed colleagues from the mental health and research sector on a more relaxed, less academic level.
Furthermore we pride ourselves in delivering our highly popular Spring Seminars. Our Seminars focus on recent research findings how to establish effective and accessible mental health support with outcome and feedback measures in mind. This entails usually a guest speaker, the involvement of young people, a panel discussion, activities, free resources and again gives participants a chance to network with one another and make the most from their membership.
Our team of experts are also a valuable source of information for services and organisations inside and outside the UK wishing to explore outcome measurement further. Members are encouraged to contact us for information on those activities which will meet their specific needs and requirements.
