A free webinar for voluntary and community sector (VCS) organisations to help them start thinking about how to improve their use of outcome measures and the evidence they create. 

Suitable for organisations that are just thinking about using outcome measures, as well as those who’ve been using them for a while.   

On Tuesday 20 February we will be running a free online webinar at 14:00 for 90 minutes.

Topics will include:

  • Improving outcome and feedback measurement in your service
  • Using data to improve service delivery and service user experience 
  • Building staff culture 
  • Service user participation

It is free to representatives of VCS organisations.
